Is There A Shipping Fee?

We provide delivery all over India. A flat fee of Rs.80/- is charged for shipping, however, shipping is free on all purchases above INR 1099. We normally take 7 working days to deliver the product at your doorstep, including the processing time. It may take more than 7 days in case of delivery to remote locations.

Is Cash on Delivery payment option available?

Cash-On-Delivery is an alternate payment mode for all those who do not wish to use their cards to make the transaction.
COD payment facility is available at all major pin-codes in India at extra charges of Rs. 50/- . After you review your order and reach the payment section of Checkout, you can choose COD and then confirm the order. You can pay with cash at your door-step when the delivery is made to you.

How long do we take to deliver your order?

It majorly depends upon your delivery address. We normally take 7-10 working days to deliver the product at your doorstep, including the processing time. It may take more than 10 days in case of delivery to remote locations.

What Should I Do If My Package Has Been Opened Or Tampered?

What Should I Do If I Receive An Incorrect Article?

As unlikely as this is, if you have received an incorrect article we apologize. Please reach out to us at Customer Service on +917566722337 or email us at info@thebleubling.com. We will immediately arrange a pick-up and send out the correct order.

Order Cancellations

The Bleu Bling reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement couldn’t be met. However, The Bleu Bling Team will ensure that proper communication regarding the cancellation of an order, and applicable refunds regarding the same will be made in a reasonable time.

Exchange Policy

All our products go through a strict quality check before shipping. Exchanges will ONLY be entertained if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging), given that the issue is reported well within time (2-3 working days after delivery) to us. If in case, The Bleu Bling is not able to provide replacement of your order, our team will coordinate with you for the refund of your payment. Please note that shipping fee is not liable for a refund.
